The XT16HR East West MKIII offers a stylish and highly functional interior, highlighted by modern oak timber-look benchtops paired with a matte-black washboard sink and sleek tapware for a refined finish. A fully equipped ensuite with a Dometic CTS4110 cassette toilet and hot/cold plumbed shower brings home-style comfort on the road, while double-glazed tinted windows with cassette blinds provide excellent insulation, privacy, and airflow. Natural light fills the space through a dedicated ensuite roof hatch with fan and a skylight positioned over the east–west bed, both fitted with integrated LED lighting. Everyday living is elevated by premium appliances including a 150L Thetford compressor fridge, a 2.5kg wall-mounted washing machine, a built-in microwave, and the Thetford Triplex MK3 oven/grill with 3-burner hob, supported by the 240V portable induction cooktop. The Truma Aventa air conditioning system with heat pump and the AutoTerm Air2D diesel heater ensure year-round comfort in all climates.

Engineered for extended touring, the XT16HR East West MKIII features a 4.2m 12V electric cassette awning and a full annex system—enclosed roof, walls, floor, and draft skirt—for a versatile outdoor living setup. Twin 80L fresh water tanks, an 80L grey water tank, dual 9kg gas cylinder mounts, and two jerry can holders provide excellent long-stay capability, supported by a reliable 12V marine diaphragm pump. The external stainless steel slide-out kitchen with 3-burner gas hob and plumbed hot/cold washboard sink makes outdoor cooking effortless, while the front-mounted chequer plate three-bay storage box and forward-facing mud flaps deliver rugged protection on rough tracks. Additional conveniences include a generous fridge slide, a hot/cold external shower with ensuite tent, a wall-mounted drop-down servery table, a pass-through rolling pantry, and a built-in microwave to round out its exceptional versatility.
